ESTIMATED DELIVERY
The estimated delivery date for each product is displayed on the product page above the “Add to Cart” button. This includes production and shipping time. Delivery estimates primarily apply to U.S. orders. Weather, carrier delays, or high-demand periods may occasionally affect arrival times.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed. Use this link to monitor your package in real-time. Tracking updates may pause once the package leaves the U.S. and enters local postal services abroad.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
Orders with multiple items may ship together or separately depending on availability. If items ship separately, each package will have its own tracking number. Delivery time follows the latest estimated arrival among the items.
U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping: Available for eligible items at checkout. Expedited shipping reduces transit time but does not shorten production or personalization.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
JIWELLA ships to most countries outside the USA. Delivery typically takes 1–3+ weeks depending on customs and local postal services. Customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or other fees.
QUALITY & REPLACEMENTS
We take pride in our craftsmanship. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, JIWELLA will replace it at no cost. No return of the defective item is required. Simply email a photo of the issue to support@jiwella.com
